Warranty Conditions


12 month repair warranty against defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase upon providing valid proof of purchase

You will need to send the Machine to Pronto Repairs Centre in Melbourne.

Commercial Use

This product is designed for normal household or small office usage only. 

Normal wear and tear

Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty


This product will not be accepted under warranty if it has been misused.
Any and all modifications will void your warranty without exception.

 Routine Maintenance

Pronto recommends coffee machines are descaled quarterly, or as may be prompted by the machine, Descaling solution can be purchased online

We only replace items if upon arrival they are found to be defective or damaged.
Any such claim relating to damage in transit or defective operation on arrival must be made within 7 working days of the Receiver, or their agent, accepting Delivery.
Please ensure that you email us at info@prontocoffeemachines.com so that we can assess your situation. We would require images of any damaged cartons.
You are strongly urged to report damaged cartons to us prior to opening. This will be useful when making claims against Couriers.
Where no claim for Transit Damage or Faulty Equipment is made within this period then our normal Warranty Terms and Conditions will come into force.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Returns, including Repairs, must be Authorized* prior to shipping.
Repairs under warranty are covered under Consumer Legislation for the State of Victoria.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you have been authorized to receive a refund, the cost of original and any subsequent shipping charges incurred by Pronto Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
* Pronto Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd needs to Authorize the shipment of products prior to them being sent to us. In  most cases our desicion to repair is based on what our client has described to us as being the fault. In some instances, upon inspection the actual fault may differ from that explained. Parts may no longer be be on hand or, in some cases, no longer available. As such we are unable to guarantee if or when repairs can be made to said machines. Return shipment costs are always the responsibility of the client.
